Data Center Operation
 Fresh Graduate
Requirements :
  • Minimum education D3 Informatics Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Engineering.
  • Have basic knowledge of computer network.
  • Willing to work shifts.
Responbility :
  • Monitoring data center facilities 24/7 (cooling system, fire alarm system, power supply and UPS).
  • Monitoring data center operations according to the checklist & WI.
  • Daily and weekly backups as per checklist & WI.
  • Escalation of any problems that occur in the data center to the PIC.
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Production Support
 Fresh Graduate
Requirements :
  • Minimum D3 Informatics Engineering / Information Systems.
  • Have MySQL and SQL server capabilities.
Responbility :
  • Monitoring and completing work according to SLA.
  • Perform analysis on incidents that occur in the production environment.
  • Create a documentation base in ticket handling.
  • Execute the process according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and technical instructions.
  • Create daily reports.
Software Engineer
 Mid
Requirements :
  • Minimum D3 Informatics Engineering / Information Systems.
  • Minimum 2 (two) years of experience using data integration tools.
  • Minimum 2 (two) years experience related to RDMS (MySQL, postgreSQL, DB2).
  • Minimum 1 (one) year knowledge related to big data platform.
Responbility :
  • Data integration using talent integration or other tools.
  • Support related to database development (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Support for testing, deployment, development and IT consultancy.
Database Administrator
 Junior
Requirements :
  • Minimum 2 years experience as DBA.
  • Have Oracle Database capabilities (Database Tuning, RAC, ODG Replication Setup, etc.)
Responbility :
  • Maintain system uptime, availability, and reliability for the project database.
  • Can run the second layer support function.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on each database application.
  • Installation and configuration of database applications.
  • Transfer of knowledge to the internal project team.
Solution Engineer/IT Security
 Junior
Requirements :
  • Minimum D3 Informatics Engineering / Information Systems.
  • Have a minimum SIEM operator level and SOC Analyst certification.
  • Preferably have experience working in a bank.
Responbility :
  • Analysis of logs and incidents on the information security system in the project.
  • Perform problem-solving for critical or non-critical errors when doing a health check.
  • Monitor system projects using SIEM devices.
  • Make changes or additions to the configuration according to project approval.
IT Support
 Senior
Requirements :
  • Ability to use OS such as Linux, Windows Server and Desktop.
  • Management of network devices such as routers, switches, wireless controllers and access points.
  • Hardware installation on Laptops and PCs.
  • Office 365 management which includes, Security, Admin Portal, Exchange, Teams and OneDrive.
  • Management of Active Directory, Radius, DNS, Proxy, Zabbix, Kibana and Grafana.
  • Management of hypervisors such as Hyper-V, VMware and Proxmox.
Responbility :
  • Prepare project budgets.
  • Prepare product delivery.
  • Consistently update knowledge and competence.
  • Comply with company rules.
